Had a contract with EE, their shop has a poor choice on display and were busy so went up to 3Store instead.
Range on display there much better.
Danielle was excellent, took me through various options and models that suited my needs.
She was friendly, patient answering my daft questions and interacted well with both myself and my nephew who was with me.
Jamie also advised on best deals.
I returned to the EE shop
Same model was £10 per month dearer
Service was shocking.
Advisor hardly spoke, didn't offer any information other than the questions I asked.
I returned on Thursday to collect my new phone.
Kier switched everything over for me.
Again a very friendly service was provided.
All three were knowledgable, friendly and a pleasure to be looked after by.
5 stars for the three of them from my nephew.

Visited yesterday with my Mum to renew our contracts. We had Jade and she was just incredible! Chatty, super nice and walked us through all our options and was able to find deals better than what we were being offered on our apps. Superstar.

7/6/22 I wanted again to acknowledge this store and it's staff in particular Ellie & Scott. As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged & assisted. Ellie was extremely knowledgeable about the product I needed help with, whilst Scott (who remembered me from an earlier visit pre-covid) went out of his way to personally get me the best deal. What a team and I hope this update (as I couldn't seem write a new review for some reason) is seen by their line mgmnt. Their team are second to none and deserve recognition. I will definitely recommend and be a returning customer :)I would like to acknowledge both Andrew and Scott at the Kirkcaldy branch. They are an absolute credit to the Company. Thank you both for your patience, knowledge and outstanding customer service provided in store the other day. I was so impressed I even switched from my current provider.I would definitely recommend and be back in the future. Thank you!

The employee looked bored, couldn't help me with my three problem and then gave me wrong information which contradicted the customer service online. Only use this store if you are going to buy a fone, all other enquiries/problems phone customer services or go online.
