We had a table booked for 4.30 pm for 11 people to celebrate my son passing his exams. I had 2 phone calls throughout the day to say the card machine was down so it was cash only which was fine. I then received a phone call at 4.10 pm saying they have had to close the restaurant as the till system was down. As it was a booking for a large amount of people we couldn't get booked elsewhere leaving my 16 year old son very disappointed. Phoning me 20 minutes before when some of my family where already on their way was ridiculous.

Brought in Hogmanay here with family and the kids - have to say a fantastic night. Buffet was great, drinks were great, staff couldn?t do enough for you and the DJ was also top notch. Hope they do this again as was a great family night out and value for money. Would like to say a big thank you to all the staff and organisers as without you it would be impossible. Best Hogmanay in a long time! Xx

Kerry always gives you a friendly welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Had a great breakfast with Bluey. Kerry and the rest of the staff were so friendly and looked as if they were enjoying Bluey as well!

Everything is positive about the spiral weave from the exceptional cleanliness of the the place even the car park and garden area, the child?s play area is good also, the staff at the spiral weave are amazing and friendly, our server was amazing with my son who is autistic and adhd and he made him feel so welcome, unlike other restaurants I have been to, so thank you to all the staff at the spiral weave for an amazing time
