Used to order all the time but the last couple of years service has been bad.
Constantly late orders, but when you call for an update will lie and say it?s on its way. (Called twice half hour apart)
Waiting TWO HOURS for a delivery ?no point in coming !

Absolute vile 2 hrs it took to deliver a basic pizza for it to come stone cold with the box fallen apart from the grease. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Made a Visit to this Shop lately ( Granted ) First Time in about 7 Years but can I just say it is Still the Same Owner , Food was Very Bland , It Would?ve been Nice to have been asked if I wanted Salt , Sauce & Maybe Salad with My Order But No I wasn?t, It took the Guy who was making Up the Pizza Base?s to Even Lift His Head , He Had a Little Boy Standing Next to Him who was Touching All the Base?s and then Another Miserable Member of Staff Came and Took My Order and 5 Mins Later Come and Put in My Hand Without a Thank You or Goodbye , Needless to Say it?ll be another 7 Years before I?m back if at all .

Best curry takeaway in Kirkcaldy by a mile!I get the same thing everytime, "chicken tikka celonese korma" and everytime it's exactly the same i.e. it's great and never dissapointing.

Total waste of time ordering from this place, I've actually lost count how many times i have placed an order on Just-eat and 5 minutes after the order was accepted it got cancelled, what's the point in accepting orders only to cancel it, try somewhere else folks absolute disgrace, please read other reviews and decide for yourself ? also might i add the owner doesn't ever bother to reply to disgruntled customers TOTAL SHAMBLES, by the way it's got a 3 star rating for a reason....STAY AWAY FOLKS.

Would not recommend, definitely avoid, F- Terrible service refused to exchange my order for the correct meal, DESPITE ALLERGIES! They had our money now so didnt care and were incredibly rude. I called an order in tonight repeated the order 3 times, then called back 5 min later to make it delivery as car wouldn't start and quoted them the order, yet it still arrived wrong. I literally begged them to come out and collect it for either replacement or refund, but he flat out refused as was now closing time, delivery drivers were gone and he was not going to bring it himself. He offered a small discount on my next order... as though £2 off next time would make up for paying £15 for something i cant eat tonight. I explained we cannot eat what they sent due to allergies so he recommended we pick it off, (my husband is highly allergic to peppers and chillies, seeds would remain if i picked them off as would juices) i explained i cant pick it off it will still have bits left behind so he hung up on me. I called back and explained again (nicely by the way, i was not shouting, swearing or rude in any way, and he hung up on me, again, 3rd time i called he said yes fine we will send it out n hung up on me... After a moment i thought how is he going to send it if there is no one to bring it, so i called again asking this and he said, yes i will give u a small discount on ur next order, now i was getting annoyed, he was trying to bully me into letting him keep the £15 while i get a minimal discount and now he had just tried to buy time so they would be closed when i realised no replacement was coming, I explained again we cannot eat this, a small discount is not good enough I will take a refund or the correct meal free next time, he refused and hung up AGAIN. He even had the audacity to say i wasn't helping him n was making it more difficult, strange that wanting what i've paid for ment I was being difficult, i dont know how i was supposed to help him when i am not even recieving the service i have as i say, already paid for! On the 5th call I was adamant refund or same meal free next time, he said fine will give me free n hung up... I called AGAIN to get the name of the person i spoke to; to ensure i got the free replacement next time n this is where i realised I wont actually be getting that order because i could hear him chuckle as he gave me a name, so its clearly not his name, when i asked is that ur real name he laughed n said yes, but we both new it wasnt. To be honest their food has gone right down hill the last couple years anyway, n the service has always been quite rude, we only go there these days when theres no where else n dont want to cook, so really dont mind not going back, but it does bug me i gave them £15 for nothing (I worked around 2 hours to pay for that meal n all i got out of it was food that would put my husband in hospital, attitude n empty agreements from the guy who sent it.

Delivered and lovely curry (chicken korma, fried rice, chicken pakora, chips and popadums). However, a piece of soft plastic was found in the chips.

A regular curry eater decided to give this place a try for the first time.Onion bhaji starter was like a dry, tasteless patty.Lamb tikka masala. Quite simply awful and worst I've ever tasted. 5 small pieces of the toughest lamb I've ever tasted, almost floating in a watery sauce with spicy flavour, but unlike any massala I've ever tasted before.Worst curry ever had. Would never waste my money there again. If you are a lover of curry this is NOT the place for you
