Last week, the air pump here wasn't working properly and spent £4 trying to fill air but ended up getting 4 flat tyres. When checked with the staff in the till, they said the air pump isn't working properly as there is a hole at the other end of the air pump which needs to be closed with the finger and then it might work. Tried again to fill a little bit of air so I can get to asda to fill air in all the 4 tyres properly and ended up hurting my finger. They could have left a note if it was not working, so that we don't have to waste time and money.

Use this garage often and everytime I?ve been in staff have been lovely even at busy times they have great customer service. I don?t understand some of the negative reviews but I don?t have a bad thing to say

Most terrible staff in the world! Absolutely horrible attitude and unprofessional! Avoid!!! I was there trying to send some products and I was told that there was no space although I could clearly see there was a lot of space!!!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOIDMy partner went in to send a parcel and was screamed at and harassed by a really old lady who said she had to serve the other non existent customers. She was extremely rude and pathetic to say the least. Please do not treat others with such disgrace. She brings much shame to your company and this location.She left extremely upset and distressed. I would not recommend this garage to anyone ever.

Nightmare. Have to stand outside and wait chapping the window until someone answers the window to serve you. After that i was miss-changed then told I was wrong? I bought 3 items, £1, and 2 for £1.30 so £2.70? Gave £10 and got £6 change? But I?m wrong. Disgusting.

Went for fuel and fuel card was declined. Was threatened with Police although I could pay later on that night when I was back from work. The "manager" was extremely rude and wasn't helpful in anyway. I used this garage for fuel and refreshments on a daily basis and I won't be back now. Made me look and feel like a robber when I had full intention to pay. Very embarrassing and having to explain financial situations to everyone around. 1* staff are horrible
