Refused me a basic account, spoke to the young ginger long haired girl who, I found out later told me a pack of lies. I now have an account with everything I need. Only because I spoke to an employee who knows what they're talking about. Think she just couldn't be bothered as it was quarter to 4pm, 30 mins before closing. Unprofessional and what everyone's come to expect from the RBS.

Straight down the hill, they won't even dispute a transaction for me even though the retailer never provided me with the service I was paying for, I have evidence of my account being closed before its due date and there is no refund for that neither

You close all the banks and then you stop opening on a Saturday. Close the branch at 4:30 during the week. The only time I can go to the bank is on a day off and when I finally make it to the bank there is a massive queue because there are 1-2 members of staff. At the desks. I'll be looking for another high street bank

Checked the banks website on Sat to check it was open, it was. so popped up to close my father's account only to get there and the whole place is being painted... hate having to walk from one end of the town to another for nothing only to do it again the following mon ?
