Refused me a basic account, spoke to the young ginger long haired girl who, I found out later told me a pack of lies. I now have an account with everything I need. Only because I spoke to an employee who knows what they're talking about. Think she just couldn't be bothered as it was quarter to 4pm, 30 mins before closing.... read full comment

Very unhelpful, my debit card only works in cash machines!
