Unpleasant and not helpful today. Sometimes it's better though. Anyway, from now on I'll be going to the Post Office in the same street - perfect customer service and better exchange rate.

Very unhelpful told me she didn’t have time to look for the model of my watch, compared to how helpful Dunfermline branch were I’m extremely disappointed in the way it was treated
