The post office is run by two guys. One of them is lovely and so helpful; the other is abrupt and rushes you even when there?s no one else waiting to be served (which really isn?t helpful when you have multiple, identical parcels to drop send to different addresses and he?s demanding that they?re all handed to him at the same time). My husband has had similar experiences with him so it wasn?t just a bad day.

Very kind staff brilliant services We always use this branch on Kirkcaldy High Street for our travel money cards, change cash withdrawal , banking etc. as they are super efficient & we trust them !! Very pleasant owner who is very knowledgeable of all matters related to our requirements. Highly recommend!

They refused to use my Mastercard to top up my gas card and they were speaking Indian in front of me. The man was very abrupt. Is there another post office in Kirkcaldy?

Usualy alright but phoned up today to ask if a parcel I posted a few days ago had left, guy told me to wait a minute then sat the phone down for 15 minutes while chatting to customers for him then to end the call and refuse to answer
