App ordering is awful...won't let you use papa dough or free promo codes whether you try to pay by debit card or PayPal...if you remove all the promos or papa dough..hey presto..you can now pay the full amount! What's the incentive?? Oh and after a month and a promise of things being resolved...nothing changes...don't bother trying to pay if you want to redeem a promo code or use papa dough...you can't pay at all!! Useless

100% failure rate on the app telling me pizza is ready and it actually even being in the oven when I arrive. The guys are sitting through the back and wear ear buds even when talking to customers. Sadly this is the only Papa johns near so will have to switch to another pizza.

Staff mark food as delivered when it leaves the store then claim they can?t find the address. Refused cold pizza and was still urged to take it and a fresh one would be sent even though I asked for refund. Delivery woman swore at me at the door then didn?t realise I had heard her. Will not buy from them again.

Trying papa johns for the first time....and will definitely be the last.Absolutely woeful.Easily the worst pizza I've ever had.Way cheaper and way better just grabbing some pizzas from the asda counter the ones that you can get made up. ( other supermarket pizzas are available)

Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten free and I tried the new gluten free pizza base was the best base I've had tastes like a normal base,my boyfriend tasted it and even he said you can't really tell the difference it was fresh and fast only thing is they are only available at the Kirkcaldy papa John's which we had to collect as they don't deliver from Kirkcaldy to us

My online purchase experience with Papa John's was an absolute disaster. The pizza I ordered was so awful that I ended up tossing the entire thing in the bin. It was a complete waste of money, and I strongly advise against ordering from Papa John's. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for a better pizza option.

My friend and I ordered pizza from Papa John's during our holiday, and it was a complete letdown. The pizza was old, tasteless, and ended up in the bin. It was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I cannot recommend Papa John's based on this experience.
