The biggest issue was the owner's behaviour. He was rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and appeared to have no people skills whatsoever. He treated both customers and staff poorly. After reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident but a recurring pattern of behaviour.
What was particularly disappointing was witnessing how he spoke to staff who were clearly working very hard. The young employees deserve respect and support, yet the atmosphere created by the owner appeared quite the opposite. It is concerning to see staff working hard for the business while being treated in such a dismissive and disrespectful manner.
I would like to highlight this because, in this day and age, nobody should be treated like a slave. Every employee deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and appreciation for the work they do. Watching hardworking staff being spoken to in such a manner was upsetting and completely unacceptable.
The hardworking staff deserve much better. One person's behaviour should not be allowed to damage the reputation of the entire business. Because of this experience, we will not be returning. Shame on the owner for continuing to treat both staff and customers in this way. The food may be acceptable, but the hostile and disrespectful attitude completely overshadowed the entire experience.

Excellent authentic Italian. Food delicious and brilliant value for money. Desserts actually made fresh. Penne di casa (house pasta) is incredible!

Overcrowded school canteen atmosphere. The entrance was swamped with empty bottles, the room was overcrowded for the size of the place, so the noise was practically unbearable.
The prices on the menu were astronomical. Ordered butterfly prawns, and that?s truly all it was. 7 prawns on this huge plate, drowned in the most bitter white wine. All severed up with a lump of warm salad on the side and a bowl of soggy French fries - £24.95!!!
Go here if you?ve got spare money that you need rid of. Otherwise AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Shambolic service, ordered on just eat and sat for well over an hour, I then called to see where my food was and he told me he has cancelled my order,no explanation and not very interested by the sounds of it.

Food was lovely and authentic, decor and vibe nice too. The place was busy and seemed understaffed so the service was a little slap dash and servers were just non stop and a little curt when speaking with them. Still, I'd go back there again as it was delicious food and would recommend
