The first time I when in the shop I had help with lovely lady?s I treated myself with lovely hair earrings and the Asian girl was very supportive and helpful. I had set up my email account with them and got some discount. I will be going back into the shop sometime this week to get some more things.

There is no competition which is why they have high sales. If Swarkowski were to open, they would definitely steal customers. A nice young helpful team, but Jaki the Manager is a force to be reckoned with. Not truthful or professional. Poor customer service from her. She spoils the team. :(

Was at the shop today and the young blonde beautiful lady that served me was absolutely amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. She helped me with everything. Just annoying that I never got her name Just to say thank you. Xx
