I am 90% sure the woman that served me and my kids was speeding out her mind. She was sweating and her mouth was all over the place. It was really awkward. And to top it off i had some extras in my mushrooms. Yes that hairy mass of plant material was in my fried mushrooms. If i didn't have an iron stomach i would have waisted my money. I've never been back since. #AlloaMorrisonsCafe if i could have done 0 stars i would have.

There was a mistake with our order but it was rectified promptly. They were trying out new pork square sausage which was awful. Don't change the square sausage it is tasteless and soggy.

I had the misfortune to go to the cafe with my wife and we ordered full breakfast. When it arrived the bacon was stone cold and rest was just about Luke warm. Whilst there 2 other customers return their meals. I didn't complain as I had eaten a bit but both my wife were very disappointed.
We won't return but pre covid the meals were good. Would not recommend eating at the cafe.

Sorry to say but Morrisons Cafe Alloas standards have dropped drastically. They are constantly understaffed, under trained, untidy and the food is nothing like it was only a matter of 6 months ago. Will be giving it a miss from now on! Shame as we used to enjoy our weekly fish and chips ????? 4 more customers lost!

We didn't have to wait too long for our order, but none of the tables were cleared, so it was hard to find somewhere to sit. We had to move the tray from the previous customer onto another table. They were very short staffed, and the woman on the till, was obviously new, as she was finding it difficult to process the orders.

Wanted a Scottish breakfast with extras bacon looked like it was gonna bite me back eggs were hard an well over cooked fried an scrambled fried bread about snapped a tooth rest of it was cold an unedible 17 quid for a breakfast an only thing I did enjoy was the mocha from coffee machine place is beyond a joke get an actual cook in the kitchen instead of using yer shop workers cause these people are no good stick to stacking shelf?s

Waited 45 minutes for our food, two ingredients listed on the menu are missing on each of our breakfasts - we weren?t told that they will be missing items, we weren?t given extras to compensate for the missing items, one of my sausages was a different colour inside than the other one - assuming it was undercooked as it was more pink, and there was not enough cutlery to use either.
One man cooking everyone?s food on a Sunday Morning is not okay. The staff would have known about the delays and could have told us at ordering that there is long waits, so we could have got something else to eat and not waste our time. And also inform us about the missing items and maybe compensate for those too

2 breakfasts and a coffee for 2.Potato scones too hard to bite though, the bacon was thin and fused to each other, sausage was soft and unappetising, butter was solid and impossible to spread on toast. Come on it's not hard to get a fry up right.Coffee was fine

L?ve this place.. great fish and chips.. go there often with my mum.. use to take my grandchildren there after school for dinner.. kids ate free if I bought a meal.. great meal deal.. great staff very friendly and helpful.. top marks for friendlyness and service 10 out of 10

Terrible service at the till when ordering first item ordered wasn't put through I noticed it on the receipt when we sat down I pointed it out to the staff member who took the order to be told he would put it through and get it made up our food then arrived minus the missing order so we asked another member of staff from the kitchen if it was reordered to be told it wasn't so we had to go back up and order it again by this time all the other food was cold wont be back in a hurry

We were staying in nearby Falkirk and the nearest Morrisons cafe was closed for refurbishment, so we ended up having breakfast at this location. The full cooked breakfast was on special offer at half price, so we paid a total of £8.80 for two, including juice. I doubt you could buy the ingredients for that price! Staff were helpful, food was decent and excellent value. We?re missing this cafe already!
