Tables and floor really grimey dirty, waited 20mins for microwaved food, steak dry pie, don't know where or what the gravy was from, then I seen the cooking/waiting staff same ad tables and floors dirty and grimly, definitely not be back, needs a full refurbishment, staff , food and cleanliness, very poor

Dirty cutlery, dirty tables, very dirty floor, terrible microwaved food served by a grimey dirty looking cook, health and safety and environmental services should take a visit with a morrisons representative because I won't be going back,

Could very easily been five stars but the chef sent out two lukewarm breakfasts bacon sausage egg no where hot enough beans was the only thing actually acceptable?..staff nice enough but slow at clearing tables and generally slow service ?.if I?d been on my own it would have gone back to the kitchen and no doubt would have been slow coming back??free tea refills is great except no sugar or milk when I went back?..revisit June 2025 much better but food still could have been hotter ?..lady at checkout 100%

Use to be good but then they mechanised it all, order at a machine, barista is gone, its self service - press button coffee, the welcoming experience has gone. A side note is they could have made this a better experience by ha ing windows on the side to make the most of the great views over the Forth. Still ok to escape to whilst my wife does the shopping, ;-?

I can't believe how dirty this seating area is, just unbelievable! You never find a clean table nor seats, I don't think they ever wipe the tables! But the floor was so unacceptably dirty, it felt like sitting in a dumping yard to eat. No customers should be treated like this, specially cafe, where you go to eat!! Staff should make sure each and every table is clean all the time but here nobody bothered!! Customers normally clean the table before they sit, just unacceptable!!

Oh, dear. What has happened here?
Haven?t been in a Morrisons Café for a while, so tried the one in Kirkcaldy.
I remember being able to get a properly made barista-style cappuccino with oat milk? NO. Undrinkable brown liquid out of a machine. Milky coffee only available with cows milk, which I can?t do.
Gluten-free toastie arrived overcooked and completely devoid of any taste.
Staff are trying to make the best of a bad job. There was virtually no-one using the café on 23rd December whilst the store was heaving with people. That should have been a red light, but hey-ho you live and learn.
Needless to say that we won?t be back.

Excellent service from Ryan. One item wasn't available and Ryan made me a delicious meal from the salad and chilli beans and grated cheese. Delicious. Thank you Ryan.
Vegetarian options: A delicious vegetarian meal can be had by being inventive with the menu, sides, lights etc.

Had the beef roll and latte the roll was really nice but you need to have table numbers beside the self service machines as once you have ordered and paid for your stuff you then have to go and wait in a queue for a member of staff to give you a table number not very good if you are an OAP or have young kids or a disability
