Food and service was so terrible Wednesday I was in there
With me and my mum got lentil soup and chips absolutely horrible service was shocking never ever recommend there again that kind of service with customer unbelievable food was also cold and soup was very cold and dry as well

Service waited 15 minutes food cold half cooked potatoe scones bacon half cooked mushrooms swimming in grease and cold egg was unedeble poor quality and service

Absolutely fantastic service, staff member on the till was friendly and courteous, couldn't have been more helpful. Those tidying up were friendly and efficient too.
Food could have been cooked to a better standard but was edible if over done.
Not horrifically noisy for a supermarket cafe.

I love all my Morrisons Cafes, and this one lived fully to my expectations. The service was very good and the food was great.

Went a few time to morrisons cafe ordered backed potato and cheese no butter there was a fly in my dish do not eat in that cafe .it is not Hygienic to eat in it .never again .

Nothing is good their anymore the Edinburgh Morden store has gone from being a decent store for shopping in for the last 25 years to one of the worst stores ever the security staff and the manager Paul are rude ignorant and aggressive especially the security in the shop they have been targeting my wife who is chronically sick every other time she shops their whenever she is alone and sometimes when accompanied by myself or our son she has shopped their for over 25 years trouble free until over the last year or two when shopping alone she keeps getting hassled by the stores security who want to look in and rifle through her bag she has been a loyal customer of this store spending a fortune their at least three times a week I myself was shopping their with her and the manager came up behind me and rudely without asking took the trolley/ wheeled basket away that we put the food purchased back in after the check out to take back to load the car that?s parked and badged legally in the disabled parking the parking that none disabled people without badge park in regularly unchecked stopping the sick and disabled getting closer to the shop doors I?ve also myself had security come up to me while I?m shopping in the alcohol isle stand next to me while I?m making my choice of purchase start clattering the bottles of spirits around inches away from me and smacking security tags down on bottles kind of intimidating me and suggesting I might be stealing their alcohol and that?s what I?ll get if i did some of the staff in their are basically abusing their customers it?s mainly the security and the manager called Paul I have witnessed with my family on a couple of occasions now shoplifters being let off by the manager yet the manager Paul is letting his security staff hassle and intimidate vulnerable loyal shoppers the quality of the vegetable section in the store is of a low quality you often find rotten vegetables their also a lack of choice of fruit and veg some of the freezers are not working properly or are set at the wrong temperature I just bought a few frozen items yesterday and the boxes where frozen on the outside I?ve been sold out of date golden wonder family size bags a couple of times their lately also the gluten free larger section is mixed in with non gluten free making it almost impossible to find so it?s not being restocked properly the quality of the meat in the butcher section and also on the shelves is really poor fillet steak at the end of the joint all dried up old and the ones on the shelf are full of fat the whole experience of shopping in the Morden store is unsatisfactory its standards have dropped terribly it?s only in the last teo years now it?s greatly declined it?s a complete disgrace and needs sorted out immediately Morrisons head office need to pull their fingers out as this particular store is almost not fit for purpose I have left my number on Morrisons head office to contact me but so far they haven?t even bothered.

Had a lovley meal with my children at the caffe. Affordable accessible and clean. Get my shooping delivered and get bits and bobs during the week. Love Morrison. Good selection of Good Meat and fish vegetables etc. Great Supermarket. Place to go for sure!

No point ordering, as they just give you whatevers lying around.Ordered an English breakfast, and was after link sausage and hash browns, I was given 3 pieces of sliced sausage, which are extremely overcooked, and flopping soggy tattie scones.I like a laugh like most, I get people need employment and that, but I've paid through just eat, with a kid's meal and breakfast, that was £16 pound delivered.It's clearly not a viable business strategy.Dietary restrictions: Asked for no egg, but one was given regardless.

Tasteless. Lorne sausage was disgusting, don?t know what had been done to the mushroom but it was black, slimy and difficult to cut. Whole thing was nasty. Also, only one person manning the till, waiting tables and clearing tables. Ordered a large drink, but there were no large cups. No serviettes; rolls of cheap kitchen roll instead. Wouldn?t eat there again if they were giving the food away for free!
