I ordered a vegetarian breakfast and the food turned up fine, yet, there was no fried tomatoes, only a tin of pulped tomatoes. The plate was covered in a watery juice that spoiled and softened every other ingredient. Not good!

Came for some food and pot of tea. Wish I hadn't....2 full Scottish breakfast ordered, 2 pots of tea.Dirty cups x 4. Found 2 clean.Dirty cutlery, had to take through the box to find clean knife and fork.Good came.Bacon under cooked!Square sausage under cookedPotato scones hard, over done.The whole plate tasted of Fat.Wish I had complained now but had to be Somewhere.Keep clear very poor.

Went for breakfast today 27th Dec with family. Food was all cold items like the mushrooms and fried eggs were actually frozen and inedible, the whole setup was a shambles. I actually felt sorry for the ladies that had to serve that rubbish to customers?

So far ordered my breakfast at 1pm and still waiting after 1 hr when I asked about my breakfast they just kept moving away from me not had my food so far and very disappointed. After receiving the food I got it was stone cold and the place wasn?t

Unfriendly Staff, wouldn't wrap my glasses that I bought, said they don't offer that service!, Not sure how I was going to get them home without them being smashed!! Also so ratty when I took my time trying to pack my glasses so they wouldn't get broken Will head ti Tesco next time!!

ordered on the automated menu ordered Fish chips peas, took a seat and waited on our lunch. Server brought us our fish & chips but no teas weird as I thought it would be all brought together so had to go and ask and was told to help myself. Not the best service but the food was ok

Terrible experience ordered two full breakfasts my partners breakfast was stone cold, had to embarrassingly eat my breakfast in front of her and I had finished my breakfast by the time her second breakfast arrived (No she is not a Hobbit, lol) which was also half heated up and half cold so she walked out and ended up not eating anything. so yeah, not an experience I will put us through again. shame as it is a nice cafe but seemed very under staffed as we only saw one person working while we were there.
