This used to be one of those guilty treats, however. The last 3 - 4 trips have neen no pleasure, you go back in the hope the poor quality was a one off. Not so, order at machine, go to window 1, pay, so far so good. Drive to window 2, get drinks, a good start.. then asked to find a space and order will be brought out, 10 to 15 mins later the luke warm food arrives. The once crispy, hot chips are now luke warm and limp, my coffe is gone as drunk it waiting. My hope of this is a one off has gone as is my trips to mcdonalds kirkcaldy. Would have been zero star but coffee was ok.

It's macdonalds, it did not suck, was not ill after it, food was OK, place was clean and ok. Will use again when needing food and have nothing else.

I?d give it 0 stars if possible, considering this is 2 days later and I?m still waiting on my food and refund.
Used the app to order for collection and when I arrived having paid for it and going to collect it, they came out to tell me they had decided to close and not cook! Yet the app was fully working and taking orders? so obviously I didn?t get my meal, but McDonald?s have taken the full payment out my account and I?m now having to jump through hoops to get back my money.

Ordered via the app. Order accepted/Money taken from account. Get to store and although there?s staff in the building, they have decided to shut the store and say they won?t serve food until 5am. Told to ?come back tomorrow? to get a refund?

It's 50/50 whether you get the right order, and the waiting times are just sometimes not acceptable, especially when you get to the window or the desk inside the shop and you can't get anybody to help you as they're busy huddled together talking about whatever, I don't care I just want served and away and they take longer than any other McDonald's I visit.

Was a horrible experience, will not be back. Waited 50 minutes for our food, which we had to go up and ask for, was understandable as it was slightly busy however our food was waiting there the whole time, which the person packing orders was not nice one bit and was very rude about the situation saying not waiting 50 minutes and rolling their eyes, then for them to not have what we ordered, and gave us mayo as a substitute which I absolutely cannot stand mayo, wrong drinks completely and food was stone-cold, not even an apology for our waiting time
