I am giving 1 star for the food because the staff were happy to give me a refund. Ordered the bucket for one which was inedible and soaking in grease. Clearly the oil needs ro be changed or my items were reheated in warm oil. The fries were soggy and tasted of old oil.
As i day the staff gave me a full refund so got my money back.

Chicken was very well done, felt like it had been reheated. The bread buns were breaking into pieces as soon as touched.
So very disappointed, first visit. Might call back, but not sure.

I go to kfc coz I love the food. However my experience wasn?t! I ordered at the kiosk as usual and they had table service numbers available so I took one and sat down. The guy behind the counter started calling out numbers I paid no attention expecting table service myself he then called my table number and whistled at me like a dog!!! and made me go up to the checkout to tell me there was no fizzy drinks !! Which I did find strange but excepted they had ran out or had an issue. But when someone chooses table service that doesn?t mean shout across the restaurant ( if you can call it that) and proses to whistle at customers to get there attention !!

As expected. Not great but not bad.
Restaurants not open. No sign to let you know.
Ordered and then had to go in drive through. Only thing is once you've parked and realise the restaurant is closed, it's almost impossible to get back into the drive through queue as nobody lets you in! Quite frustrating.

It?s amazing, quick and very tasty ??. Many opinions and you can use the KFC App.
Parking: There are lots of parking available within the retail area, especially if you need or have already purchased your shopping from other stores.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are able to enjoy the environment , while eating their meal.
Wheelchair accessibility: It?s a flat surface therefore wheelchair accessible and comfortable.

Pretty disappointed with our visit to KFC as a treat for our granddaughter. Ordered from app inside and 15 minutes later still no table delivery so retrieved from counter only to have to make two further trips to counter to get missing items from order. Staff claimed the couldn't find our table and announced twice on tanoy, which was strange as there was only a dozen people in and about 4 or 5 tables occupied. Food was ok but won't be back as service was rubbish

Love the chicken and the choices. I can't have the fried, though...... because I have a medical issue that prohibits me from eating any skins. So, a skinless option in fries would help me. I also can't eat beans nor corn, so it's fries or nothing, but I've mentioned this b4
Overall, I love the chicken. Staff very busy, so not much chit chat with them. Too hurried at the drive through for me so I prefer to go in. I also get confused with the ordering terminals, I prefer spreaking to someone personally. No atmosphere at all. Good food, but bad pricing but I also can't stand diet drinks.
Dietary restrictions: Can't eat any skins (can actually kill me). I have asked numerous times if skinless fries are available, but there is no change. Also, drinks with meals is diet or no sugar, I don't like these ones, (and because of my very limited diet range i need all the sugar i can get) so would much prefer regular.
