Every time I come in at lunch time never any food in the hot to go ,staff always say 20 minutes, sit in time I leave still none .

Karen, kath, rowan, Michael and the others. Thanks for your friendly and reliable service, it's like having breakfast with family. Karen being the mother hen . always cleaning and keeping one eye on customers to ensure a smooth running of the shop/cafe.best value for money breakfast.

I bought a slice of pizza the other day and when I received it, it was so cold it felt like it had been there all morning. I asked if it could be heated up and was met with a rude response claiming it was not possible to heat it up as they did not have the facilities there to do so.
To not be told it was like this and subsequently receive this poor of a response is disappointing. I won?t be returning to this store in the future.

Got coffee, slice of pizza and a sausage roll. Asked if they could be heated, was told they don't heat food that the food is served as seen. Floor not brushed, full of crumbs and tables needed to be wiped down. Won't return as service was very poor.

Amazing food and a lot of options to choose from, good price ranges and very fast and friendly service.
The atmosphere is not bad either but, one time i was in this old guy was being aggressive and threatening people including me.
This place is really good though, highly advise dining here ?

Was charged an additional 80p to dine in and eat two Chicken bakes. The tables had not been cleaned the bins were full and the floor required sweeping. If an EHO Officer had walked in the company would have been served a closure notice. I will never again eat in this establishment.
