I cannot fault Rhys in the way he works, he's not a pushy salesman, he also gets to know you enough to know what kind of car would suit, Rhys is very easy to get on with, and takes the time to explain things, and sorts out any issues you might have, I have dealt with Rhys for the last few cars, and I will return when I need too.

I'd recommend Kirkcaldy Ford Centre to anyone because the customer service is second to none. My daughter had a great experience with Richy previously so I went back to get advice for myself to trade in my Nissan Quashqai to a smaller car. Rhys & Richy suggested a Ford Puma after I explained what I was looking for. Once Richy showed me this car I knew it was for me. He explained car & paperwork brilliantly, made me comfortable with test drive & subsequent purchase. All staff friendly & welcoming. Thank you so much I absolutely love my new car.

Have purchased my last 3 brand new cars from here. This time I opted for a very good deal on a 2 year old used model that I had seen online. Dominic dealt with arranging a test drive and giving me more in depth details about the cars spec etc.
No hard sales pitch. Once I decided to go ahead he organised everything so car was ready to pick up 2 days later.
Also got a follow up call from Dominic to ensure I was happy with my car.
Very happy with how sale was handled.

Every question I had was answered quickly by a polite and friendly member of the sales team.
They truly went above and beyond from the minute my order was placed to after collection.

Picked up my new car a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier, from start to finish. Left a message requesting a test drive Saturday evening, was called back first thing next morning and by the afternoon I had a new car!. Was looked after by Jim Grantham, no hard selling of warranties or other add on's, everything was explained simply in a friendly, relaxed manner and any questions I had were answered clearly and easy to understand. Thanks Jim. Had a slight issue a couple of days after picking the car up and again the servivce department were excellent and issue was fixed the same day, thanks Kelly. Overall, delighted with the car and the service provided, would be happy to come back again and to recommend.

I've recently purchased my 3rd car from Kirkcaldy Ford Centre and I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
Craig was brilliant throughout the whole sales process - he was genuinely interested / listened to what I needed and my budget, was non-pushy and super professional. He was fab with my kids as well - one of the best salespeople I've came across. Thanks again Craig, you are a superstar and I'll see you in a couple.of years for my next car!

I visited Kirkcaldy Ford Centre in February with the intention of upgrading by 23 plate Kuga from titanium model to ST or above. I met sales rep Kenneth who was friendly, knowledgeable and understood what my requirements were. There was no sales pressure at any point during our discussion. I was provided with a costing to ensure that I would be able to manage the monthly payments. Whilst I wanted to upgrade my Kuga, I had shown interest in the Ford Explorer EV but was not sure that it was affordable and in my budget.
It was no trouble for Kenneth to go over the details of the vehicle and provide me with finance options. I organised a test drive and knew this was the car for me. The process from star to finish was seamless and stress free. Kenneth kept me up to date and on my delivery date and time. I received excellent after sales contact and would recommend Kirkcaldy Ford Centre to family and friends.

I have just purchased a brand new ford puma st line x automatic from kirkcaldy ford the experience from test drive to collecting my new car was excellent.Lee Dowie salesman was excellent throughout the whole process with excellent knowledge. Lee had even taken time out to explain all the interior controls of my new car.Lee olso followed up with a curtesy call to me how I'm getting on with my new car.I would highly recommend ford kirkcaldy and Lee Dowie salesman to family and friends.
