I arrived at the store at 15.52hrs and they had already locked the front doors. I heard the staff leaving from the side door so I decided to ask why they were closing when they are meant to be open until 16.00hrs on a Saturday. I was told they couldn't help as the computers were down. Absolutely useless and didn't care if I desperately needed the parts or not. I will not be back to that store.... I will continue to just use D&A in Glenrothes or NAPA.

We have a corporate account with Euro car parts and it's a total hassle to get anything from them here. The front of house staff are completely unhelpful and couldn't care less. I only have trouble in this branch. It's clearly a training issue and they have no idea what the process is. That was the last time I will go here. Just for contrast I walked into another store the next day and got served and was out the door 5 minutes later.
I would give them no stars if it was possible.

Don't waste your time if your a retail customer not worth the hassle. You get a better price elsewhere. There customer service is non existent Definitely try napa auto parts alot better service and prices guaranteed
