I arrived at the store at 15.52hrs and they had already locked the front doors. I heard the staff leaving from the side door so I decided to ask why they were closing when they are meant to be open until 16.00hrs on a Saturday. We have a corporate account with Euro car parts and it's a total hassle to get anything from them here. The front of house staff are completely unhelpful and couldn't care less. I only have trouble in this branch. It's clearly a training issue and they have no idea what the process is. That was the last time I will go here.... read full comment
