Absolutely diabolical customer service. Said ?excuse me? to older blonde female staff member only to be SHOUTED AT ?find someone else I?m already helping a customer?. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU SPEAK TO PEOPLE. I suspect the issue was that I am 30 and not the typical 70+ demographic they typically serve and therefore she thought it was completely acceptable to be rude and dismissive to me. Don?t expect customers to be courteous to you if you have zero basic manners yourself.

Bought a few lights one damaged and had obviously been opened and returned and just put back on shelf. Was replaced and staff very sorry about it. Might just be a one off

A great homewares store, with plenty of choice and an amazing array of products for every room in the house. Was pleased to see that they offer a made-to-measure service for curtains and blinds. We picked up a new rug for our lounge, a set of kids' steps, some cutlery, and a Leo the Lion stoneware mug. It's a great place to have a wee browse for bargains and special deals, and the prices are pretty good in general. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking lot is a little busy at times and could do with a few more spaces.
