While service and products are excellent they fail on cleanliness of tables. All tables are promptly cleared when people leave but the servers do not wipe down any of them as they go which in a hospital especially should be paramount

ABSOLUTELY NO GLUTEN FREE FOOD EXCEPT A BROWNIE...I am Coeliac so im am GF not by choice...wondering how many visitors go hunger.. find it almost unbelievable in a hospital this size that no effort has been made to cater for people with rhis disease.

I?m in and out of hospital a lot so I go down to costa a lot for there delicious hot chocolate, and there toasties. Being disabled the staff are absolutely brilliant. They could be busy but still have time to make sure you get you order. But quite recently it?s gone down hill. It?s just the simple things like having no gas fit the cream so you can?t get a decent Frappecino or cream on your hot chocolate. But don?t let that spoil it for as it?s still the best costs I have visited. The staff are amazing and actually make time for. Today is cake for £1 today so i could be down a few times today!

Staff were extremely helpful, I couldn't see what I wanted and they asked if could help and had what I wanted but just hadn't replenished

I've been a few times to this cafe and I'm afraid the cleaning of tables is shocking. The staff empty the tables but do not spray the tables with a disinfectant after use like other Costa's I've been to. For this not to be done is unclear the tables are all sticky so obviously they don't get cleaned if you do go I'd advise you to take your own wipes.

Busy cafe but fast service ,plenty of tables and a good choice of cakes and traybakes not as full a menu as other Costas but not too bad . Tables are small though , But scrupulously clean .

Fast, friendly service in a busy location. Popped in for a snack after an appointment, the staff keep a busy line moving at a good pace with a smile all the way. If it wasn't at the hospital this would be my Costa of choice in the Kdy area.

Very rude service today when I was feeling unwell after a nasty procedure. I was shouted at and told to stand back as there were a lot of other people waiting for coffee. There were only TWO PEOPLE,

This place is so handy if you are accompanying someone to the hospital - several times we have been in this situation during the Covid pandemic and had to sit in the car, whereas now it's opened up again it's lovely to sit and have a coffee and snack whilst waiting. Great place!
