This is our favourite Costa in Fife! The coffee and food are excellent. It's clean and the staff are, without exception, pleasant, helpful and efficient.

After devoting my spare time away from my Drain Cover Spotting hobby and alongside updating my ?Rate My Local lamp-post with Missing Cat Poster? website I made a touch and go decision to request a lady friend (Sue) of mine whom I met on an adult dating site for adults who are over 55+ still residing at home with their mother?s. As we approached the entrance door I noticed a small hamster on the door mat, I frantically picked it up for it to sink it?s teeth into my pinky finger, alas! We overcame this small, unfortunate act of dismay and on tender hooks and a bundle of nerves I decided to pull out my chair and grabbed hold of the menu.. now, the mere font used ? comic sands? was burdensome to my 2? spectacles, the grammar was ghastly to a gentleman like myself who possesses a comparable IQ to the D list celebrities Paula Abdul and Harrison Ford. I received my microscopic cup of hot beverage as did my lady companion, £6.78 each, of course she also wished consume a Lemon Drizzle cake - £4.99. So all together my sophisticated and extremely regrettable date came to £11.77. It explains tremendously as to why the waiter was over taking our order in ? two shakes of a lambs tail?. Basically, in a nut shell, I have been burgled off Costa and this so-called member of the opposite sex they cry a lady. I have since sent her a very detailed, in depth correspondence letter off my lawyer to claim back the monies that were spent on our date, this has been sent in high priority first class post. I do hope to recover this currency off my lady friend as I wish her to refund me promptly. I scurried home to alert my mother of the incident lucky enough she has awarded me some extra pocket money for the week commencing which should recover the empty hole in my male purse which I found at a bus stop in Lower-Methil that was once used by the very spellbinding and majestic Jade Richards, a local household name and celebrity who appeared in 2011 on the British Broadcasting show X Factor all the way from the Scottish Terrier dog shaped county of Fife! I will award Costa 3 stars as the table clothes were freshly pressed with obviously a Morphy Richards Super Glide Steam Iron and good heavens Starch for a good smooth crisp finish. I also bring to light I stuffed said table cloth into my rucksack before galloping out the exit door like a bat out of hell. Yours faithfully and truly - Sir P

Fab Coffee/Tea/ House. Fresh tasty eat in/takeaway snacks, Brilliant Staff, I love the vibrant friendly atmosphere in Costas. Whether alone or with friends, its a wonderful place. And that doesn't happen by chance. The lovely Staff create the ambiance. Very hardworking pleasant polite Team. Highly recommended.?

From a design and decor perspective Costa Coffee in Kirkcaldy is rather unremarkable. It is however clean and tidy and our coffees and toasted sandwiches were well up to the expected standard and were very good Service was also good.

One of mumber staff was very rude,she was very aggressive,she said to me we are in Scotland not in England The Fact I had NHS App to Check in but not the The Costa App,witch in other Costas they provide a both.But still Costa coffee is my favourite in all UK.

Visited a lot of sub standard Costa Coffee establishments but this branch was much better.\\nIn particular to a member of staff by the name of Rezi, very proficient, friendly and professional.\\nMy allergy concerns were well explained \\u0026 coffee was really good, well done!\\nFirst time customer \\u0026 will visit again.

Ordered for collection on the app but was unable to select more than one 'extra' (marshmallows/cream etc) or syrups that I know are available in store but are not able to be selected on the app. Other stores have allowed me to amend the order when I've arrived for collection but staff at this store were abrupt and unhelpful when I asked for extra customisation. Quality of products was good as always and as expected but won't be back to this particular store due to the unaccommodating staff.

One of the smallest Costa shops and very busy. Friendly and very efficient staff. An enjoyable lunch break.
