I love coming in here after shopping at the retail park. It?s clean and cosy and the staff are so nice. It?s basic Costa fare, nothing special, but it?s to have a sit down and watch the world go by after a hot, busy trawl round the shops

This is a prime example of why I prefer to support independent coffee shops. The tables are filthy! No real care is taken to wipe/ wash them properly never mind sanitise! I had to ask for my table to be cleaned and was appalled at how it was done. Will never return. Costa need to look hard at their business. They obviously put the pound before the customer.

Great wee place and staff friendly too. I haven't eaten in but do grab a coffee and roll in morning to go...sometimes bit of a que especially at weekend.. other than that all good.

Staff are friendly enough but quality of the drinks for me are going down. Lattes, Chai Lattes, even the frostinos lack taste. Thought it was my taste buds till I had a Chai Latte at another Costa locally...its not my taste buds ?

Myself and friend met at Costa in Next Kirkcaldy on Wednesday the 9th of December. It was very busy and we were aware of the queue but our little ones (8 months and 2 months) both woke to be fed. Myself and friend are both breastfeeding our little girls so I began to feed her. A young guy, called Allan, came over and I thought he was going to tell us to hurry up as queue was so big and no tables available but instead, he apologised for interrupting and asked if myself and friend would like a glass of water each as we were both breastfeeding. Such a lovely lovely guy, it made me quite emotional! You hear of people tutting and giving horrible comments about breastfeeding but Allan was lovely and told us not to rush. Thank you Allan, you honestly don?t know how much your support meant to us. X

This Costa used to be one of my favourites but the poor organisation during the COVID-19 situation really shows. Too many people sitting in and too many people waiting around on tables causing social distancing issues. Unfortunately did not enjoy the experience and not overly sure i'll be back in a hurry.
