Hospital run at 7am on a Friday morning,. half dressed, half asleep, walked into this Co'op, only to see the most beautiful of faces behind the counter. Of course I had to go back later for another look, just to see if I was imagining things, but she was gone... ?

Not for the 1st time, i was served by Fiona. Even though she was dealing with a lunch rush on her own, she still helped myself with a question, mid service & she was really nice & helpful about it. After a few bad experiences with rubbish service elsewhere, it's great to know there's still folks out there, like Fiona who treat you like a person & not a pound sign.

Saw some these reviews you know thr place small and only few coop staff work there right you clearly went when it gets busy too not there fault just like its not when the cash machine runs out of money I never had problem there so yeah sometimes there bit line but look bigger supermarkets or other places when only have 1 till open yet they have way more staff there

It's a bit more expensive than the big supermarkets but cheaper than the independent corner shops.The very best thing about this Coop is the fact it is so close to Victoria Hospital. Buy your chocolates, drinks, flowers, everything here rather than in the hospital. You'll save a fortune.

Having paid a Visit to this Store on the 21st Aug 23 for a Couple of Items , CAN I JUST SAY THE SERVICE YET AGAIN IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING , I USE this Shop Quite Regular , WHY I DON?T KNOW , As Every Time When I Do Service is Shocking , What ever Happened to Customer Service ?? Staff are So Ignorant, They Never Greet You or Say Please or Thank You But Yesterday they Took the Biscuit , Having to Stand in a Queue for Over 10 Minutes With One Member of Staff Serving , I Thought That is it I?ve Had Enough So I Asked for Head Office Number And Member of Staff Questioned Me as to Why I Wanted It to Which My Reply Was Can I Have Head Office Number Please He Then Proceeded To Say I Can Deal With It If it is Something I Have Done , After Asking for a Third Time He Expected Me To Go To Back Of Queue Again and Wait On Another Member Of Staff Who Approached Me By Saying AWRITE MAN At Least Two Or Three Times To Me , Well That Was Enough For Me , He Then Ripped Off a Piece of Till Roll and Told Me Phone Number Was On The Back , TOTAL SHOCKING ATTITUDE , WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THESE DAY?S ?? OR IS IT JUST THE CASE THAT THE COOP JUST DON?T BOTHER??

Horrible stuff at the coopThey are 2 lady?s one of them is a manager that has blood hair and the other one is a staff has red hair they are very reassess the manager refused me and my sister to buy alcohol. We are over the age 18.Very horrible ladies ????

Just been to this store to drop off DPD parcels. Never met such a rude, unhelpful member of staff anywhere. Abrupt, cut me off mid conversation, and no help whatsoever when I explained I had scanned digital labels which the DPD website says the shop will print off in-store. Staff member said she didn't have a printer............Obviously lying and couldn't be bothered. She needs some serious training in ploiteness. Terrible attitude.
