Had several visits now to the Dunfermline branch, awesome service from the desk to getting the keys back, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff always goes a long way, and at the Dunfermline branch you see that from the moment you walk in the door.. I used to stay away from dealerships thinking that they are always more expensive, but not true, especially with the price match guarantee.. Normally good to say see you soon, but I?m hoping not, but if my car needs a look at, this is my 1st stop.. thank you VW Team

Bought a car from here last year, the service was fine until they had the money in their hand. Since then had nothing but issues. Extremely poor customer service, and having read reviews since it appears a lot of people have the same issues with them shying away from cars they sell that have problems. Would definitely not recommend.
