Staff refused to give refund for a wired controller purchased and returned within 15/20 minutes. (Realised niece wanted wireless) accused us of damaging it!!!

Bought a PS5 and after 4 months, the controller had a fault rendering it useless. Returned to the store in Kirkcaldy expecting some after care service given the, well advertised "24 month guarantee" offered on their goods. Alas no, so I had to buy a new one, from elsewhere! Don't waste your time or money on anything from here, question their, prices, integrity and promises. Worthless.

Yes. They will probably have the latest gizmos and games. If you have any old tech you can sell them it. Then watch what you got a tenner for being sold for 70 quid.Staff aren't bad. But one of the greediest companies since Microsoft. (Psst.. there's a better game shop next door to it.)

Loads of choices but nothing I would actually buy. The prices are a rip off. Their preowned items like DVD or blurays you will find cheaper elsewhere. Their extended warranty for electricals are a bonus but for certain items the prices are a few quid under the new price. In saying that portable devices like mp3 players, certain older models are pretty cheap.

Got a quote online for £169 for my Galaxy Note 10 Plus. Went into the store and told oh it's worth £120 the phone was never out its case and was emaculate. No chance would I hand it over then to find one there selling for £300. Stop taking advantage of customers. Just avoid guys the staff in the Kirkcaldy store are ignorant and because the can use a can off air to clean the phone they think there engineers. Send your phone to Mazuma just received £220 in my bank today. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Usually a good store, but i recently got some rude condescending service, i bought an item and when i pointed out the wrong disc was in the case was told they are all the same but i will replace it with the other one (the correct one) if it makes you happy.

The usual CeX, 1st time in this branch. Again, it's hard to judge fairly. The staff have little interaction with customers unless they are buying items from the customers. I only look for blu rays and DVD bargains. Like everything else in CeX the pricing bears little coherence. Some items at a great price while others can be bought new from Amazon a lot cheaper then CeX are selling second hand. But, if you have time to kill and browse then you can grab some bargains.

Good to go in and buy my games on disc for alot cheaper than they try to sell on the console online stores plus I prefer physical copies of my games and not paying over the odds to buy a license to play a game, you will technically never own.
