Bad communication. Called, gave my name. Car booked in for tracking and balancing at 2pm. Arrived to unwelcome response. Said that they are fully booked. Questioned if I actually called? Showed them proof. Waste of my time. Would not recommend.

From the friendly welcome at reception to the complete explanation of works needing done and request approval to carry out, always kept in the know of what is required.
