More stellar service from Carpetright in Kirkcaldy - this is maybe my third purchase from them in 5 years and I wouldn?t go anywhere else. Alison was especially helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and straightforward. Definitely recommend.

I came here to get a replacement bedroom carpet and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. I was helped by Alison on my first visit then Julie on my second. Both were super friendly and really helpful. One thing I love about good service is when they suggest something that is cheaper than what you?ve picked because it?s either better value or a better choice. Julie made sure I picked the right underlay and I ended up saving quite a bit. Service makes such a difference and I?d definitely come back here for that. Some other shops could learn a bit about service from these two ladies ??

We returned to the Kirkcaldy store after previously having a good experience. So our expectations were high and, again, they did not diassapoint. Went into the Kirkcaldy store this afternoon to find ourselves a new carpet for our stairs and hallway. Ruairaidh was extremely helpful. He listened to our needs and gave great advise to help us chose the right carpet for us.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience going around the shop with the salesman ruairaidh picking the carpets and vinyl for our new home. He could not have done a better job he was kind helpful and explained all our diffrent options including the underlays as well and the accessories door bars etc..he was very knowledgeable about every single aspect of it. If I could give him more than 5 stats I would as he's an absolute diamond.

Excellent service throughout. Julie was great. She goes out of her way to help, is so knowledgeable and keeps you updated on how things are going up to the day before fitting. Graham came out to measure up and was also helpful and gave good advice. Buckie the fitter then lets you know what time he will be with you to do the fitting. All flooring was fitted quickly and to a high standard and he was such a friendly nice guy. I wouldn?t go anywhere else for flooring. Very highly recommend the team at Carpetright Kirkcaldy. Thank you all.

Visited this morning to pick a new stair carpet. Alison the staff member guided us through to what we required. Very helpful and we settled on a carpet we liked. Very impressed at the store.
