Very big scammer , they offer if you sent for 30 lites oil they gonna give free coffee Andy tried more then three times but they always make excuses like you already paid for your fuel and you are entitled to it or the machine is broken come back another time or manager is not here so we can?t give you free coffee, it?s not about the coffee it?s like promotion something to come to you and yous always makes excuses it?s so frustrating so please keep away this store Hope you guys have a wonderful life

Went here to put air in my tyre, normally the machine beeps to tell you when to take the nozzle off the tyre but instead the machine didn?t beep and popped my tyre instead. Went to tell the lady behind the till that I couldn?t move my car until someone helped me and she said ?don?t take too long? as if I had a choice? So rude

Been going for years now women and her son are down to earth always have a great conversation very polite and focus on the customer. yeah prices aren?t the best but what can you expect with been a garage as says the women and her son deserve a raise! Keep up the good work

There's a woman that works there, Lorraine I think is her name. Best person that's worked there, always smiling and polite. She helped me out once when I was desperate. Can't thank her enough. Ask anyone around here she's an angel!

Whoever is working there 30th at 11.00 was the most rude server I have ever come across. Spoke far too long to certain people and was moving as if they had no care in the world. Waited to ask a question about pay point. Got to the front of the queue and then when I asked all I got was a head shake and they continued to slowly close the Til. Could tell the other customers were getting impatient too

One of the staff who works here is not right in head as he has thrown change on the floor which was mine expecting me to pick it up while his older friend was in the shop once again... Then the next time he then shook my energy drink expecting me to pay for it as he put it down on the counter.. Like what the hell is wrong with this human being... Customer service is a shambles from this man. I've seen an older man and women who works there and they are spot on... This young man should not be in this sort of job if he is going to treat customers like this as i don't want to come back now.

I messaged them to ask a question if they had a pay point machine as we were stranded in kdy as they didn?t even open it to reply we had to sleep in a cold car on a cold night it?s now 3hrs later and it?s still not been opened so much for 24hr service your customer service is bad i would see the point if they were closed but it?s a 24hr service ffs and to be left stranded and having to sleep in the car and the staff member was absolutely rude when at the window at the petrol station i was raging so for the rudeness alone from that staff member i won?t be going back there even if it was the last petrol station around for miles i would rather run out of petrol and walk the 11 miles i had to

BP in dalgety Bay 1.46 same in BP Glenrothes..The poshhh BP station in Kirkcaldy selling the same fuel, 1.49..loosing at least 2 pounds in every filling for the nice eyes of the owner..Personel staff not expercienced looking at you like an alien when u need help.The air machine doesnt work well and its very slow.Your rating is 3.3, take 1 star now which is pretty much what u deserve.
