Boots pharmacy has been nothing but amazing for me being disabled it's always delivered by friendly polite efficient drivers i would prefer to be able to drive and collect myself however i appreciate everything that is done for me thankyou Boots

Why have two serving desk at pharmacy area if they only serve where you collect prescriptions . I went around shop browsing while waited on them returning from lunch . I could have been waiting early in que at prescription area if there was any sign saying . When it opened after lunch I went to the none prescription over the counter desk only to be told in an abrupt annoyed manner that there was one que , which by this time was 20 people long . Get rid of the over counter desk if no one serves at it or at least have a huge sign saying no service at this desk .

Waited 10 mins to get served and when i did the gentleman couldnt speak much english and didnt know what i was asking for, making it difficult. Wont stop me from going there but hopefully not get him again

The shop itself is reasonable with a fair selection of products. However the pharmacy isn't so good. They never answer their phone. Ever. I have tried many times to contact them to see if a prescription is ready due to the queues that are often a problem there. It saves time to check if your prescription is ready to collect. I've often phoned a week after it has been sent by the doctor and waited in a queue only to be told it isn't yet ready. This has happened to me and other family members on more than one occasion. I understand they are busy. So are other pharmacies, but that doesn't stop them from answering their phones to people and saving customers a stand in along queue to wait to see if a prescription is ready only to discover after the wait that it isn't. I am changing my pharmacy because this happened to me too many times and it is poor customer service .

Review purely about pharmacy.Probably the 5th/6th time my prescription has apparently been lost, the staff ignore you until it suits them, couple of the staff need training as their customer service skills are non existent. It never used to be like this so no idea whats went on but they need to take a long look at their set up and work on improving things.
