I was in this morning and was very impressed with 2 assistants sorry didn't catch their names. I couldn't upgrade my boots app therefore I couldn't access my vantage card. They could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Eventually one called customer service and all was resolved. Thank you

I'm writing as I believe it's important to praise excellent service when you are lucky enough to have this experience.
Yesterday, I asked for help from a female member if staff. I was so Impressed with her help and advice, which actually saved me money.
Many thanks ? to Karen S (her name is on my receipt).
She explained how to use the current in store offer to reduce my spend, whilst demonstrating the products and organising a small sample for me to try at home.

Garbage. Always a problem getting prescription medication. Long queues and missing medication where you're asked to call back later for stuff they don't have. To top it off they've now reduced their opening hours which makes it even more of a challenge to get there during the week. Being there for customers the very bottom of their priorities but at least the staff get an hour lunch!

Received a text to say my prescription was ready, went to collect it, 3 items were missing. Took roughly an hour to get in, get my script and get out again. Most of the time was stood waiting as pharmacist seem to prefer playing with the till or nipping out of sight
