Terrible Customer Service in the Tobacco SectionI'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at Booker Wholesaler, specifically in the tobacco section. The staff there is consistently rude and unhelpful. My dad asked for assistance with cigarettes, and the response was, "that's not his job," which is completely unacceptable for a customer assistant. It's essential that employees are willing to help in their designated roles. This experience has left a negative impression on us as loyal customers. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves the quality of customer service

Never has full availability even though the stock is in store. Its so understaffed the chips get left to defrost and then refreeze again causing frost to form and making them impossible to fry. Complaints don't get dealt with at all and the staff is stressed by being stretched far too much. If there was something closer that done what I needed I would never use this place. Changed so much in 2 year.

If you want to stock up with fresh meat especially chicken then you need to go very early, like be there waiting for the door to open early. We figured that the cash and carry would be stocked as usual but that was not the case, people are just plain mental right now, it's not Armageddon, it's a virus it'll pass in a couple of weeks. There's no need for this level of panic. I have no patience for morons.

Bookers Kirkcaldy is always great. Good and easy to follow layout. Very appreciative of the social distancing measures in place and the friendly and helpful staff. I'll be returning ?
