Stay clear of Asda tyres and bodywyse.. Shambles...Edit. Fortunately I took it round to my usual garage and it was found the drivers front wheel wasn't balanced correctly. They rebalanced the wheel and it's OK now.. Trying to upsell me wheel alignment. when it wasn't needed..

I can't give Bodywyse Autocare 5 stars simply because of the time that elapsed between the time of the accident and the completion of the repair. However, I would most certainly give it 5 stars, or even 5 and a half stars for the standard of the work on completion. It was like a complete transformation and as if an almost brand new vehicle was returned instead of my 11 year old car. Quite amazing and worth the wait.

I would just like to give this company. a five star review.Wish I could give more stars.From the start to the beginning the service has been second to none.Yes I had to wait a while,but we all know that COVID and parts still play havoc with any business these days.I needed a trye for my car as the wheel had been damaged before the initial repair.And I needed this for my MOT.Laura in particular went out of her way to get a slot for this to be changed,as this was covered under my insurance claim.The workmanship from the bodywork technicians has been amazing.My car looks brand new.All freshly cleaned as well inside and out.The ladies at the desk Laura and Toni who are the frontline of Bodywise,have been amazing.I do a similar role.And absolutely know what front line is all about.Your customer service at all times was exceptional.You went out of your way to help me to avoid a MOT fail.Great business to deal with,and most definitely recommend you,and come back for any further work required.Service: Painting

Put my car in this body and paint shop to have a dent on my car repaired. It was dealt with effectively and efficiently. You would not have known it had been damaged, the repair and paint job is as if the car had come from the factory. Very pleased.Big thanks to Harry and Ricky, and their team

Car sent here by insurance due to non fault accident, although it did take a good few weeks to get my car repaired this was no fault of the body shop it was due to some parts being on back order and unavailable anywhere in the UK.No problems at all with customer service Laura and Toni were great and always done what they could everytime we called for an update.Car was cleaned inside and outside after repair and even delivered back to my home address, great customer service from start to finish ??.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have used several autocare company's in the past for business and personal insurance claims and unfortunately this is the worst company for customer service I have ever experienced. Looking at other reviews, it appears we are not alone. We could just about cope with the 7 month timescale for conducting minor repairs to our vehicle.However the lack of empathy employed by this company is beyond belief! We were delivered a courtesy car with bald tyres. Bodywyse suggested this was our fault for accepting the car in that state upon delivery. Several days after collecting the courtesy car with bald tyres, they are now suggesting we damaged the car and should pay them repair costs. Somehow they can claim for damages long after they collected the car without complaint but we are at fault for receiving a courtesy car with bald tyres. In addition, we were told our side of the story was irrelevant.I would suggest using another company who care about customers. They never answer the phone and the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are now withholding my car because l am refusing to pay the excess on the original courtesy car that wasn?t road worth and told the courtesy car l now have will be reported as stolen to the police. Absolute nightmare only came to collect the car after weeks of calling, car has been sitting at their shop now going on 3 months every call still waiting for parts!!! Can't give a date when it will be ready....if you guys can't handle being the service repairer for an insurance company then give it up to a company who can.. or have more information, follow up calls to customers!!!Service: Body & Trim

No faith in them whatsoever. Four months our car has been sitting in the middle of a sea of broken cars slowly rusting away, the original damage could have been fixed in a week. Everytime I phone and manage to get through they lie about parts waiting to come in, some of the parts are totally unnecessary and I believe are just made up to try and look as if they are doing something. Stopped by today to at least see our car as they are hell to contact, poor car hasn't been touched, all they have done is remove our dash cam which seems strange. Our insurer sent us through them for repairs, it's insanely frustrating and like other reviewers I would say please beg your insurer to let your car go elsewhere if it needs repaired. This has been so stressful and unfair to deal with.Service: Body & Trim

Referred by insurance company to bodywise.Won't ever ever answer the phone. Nightmare to get progress of repairs. And got a new wheel fitted by them and the car now car shudders above 60mph. This probably is a simple fix but Will take elsewhere to get this fixed because just had enough of bodywise and I know for a fact they won't answer the phone. If your insurance company tells you your car is being repaired by bodywise I would highly recommend to ask for somewhere else.Services: Body & Trim

My car has been in this garage for months, still not fixed. Every time I call, they tell me that it will be ready by the end of the week. When I call on Friday, they tell me to call back on Monday.
