Always enjoy a B&M shop. It has the cat soups I need, snacks and a quick chilled coffee, interesting gifting section for all ages. Always pleasant staff. Open later than the rest of the high street so I can pop in when I have free time.

Usual bail you out no frills shop, always there with what you need when you need it, away from home and can always trust this chain to be useful. This one is no different, loads of choices and great price ?

Staff were extremely rude. Dirty shop and quite a few of the stock items were advertised at the wrong price. Asked one of the staff how much something was as there were two prices, she ripped the lower price tag (a printed advert) off the price line under the product and proceeded to tell me loudly, I couldn't have it at the lower price, she didn't know who done that but it wasn't her etc etc. we left not buying anything. Rude !

Ok ... lots of choice, but I don't think I've been in a shop where the coffee is locked in a cage. It speaks volumes about the society it operates in.Friendly, helpful staff though.

Just popped in to this branch to pick up a few things, Saturday 9th December 2023 T 10:30 am. The shop is loca to me and I am in often. I used my own shopping bag as I ended up picking up more than I thought, went to the till to pay and was basically accused of stealing by the blond woman at the till because I didn't use their shopping basket, even though I stood and emptied the bag out and paid for everything in front of her. When I objected she got shirty, dismissive and increasingly rude about it in front of other customers and then waved me off with a sarcastic have a nice day. Extremely embarrassing and wholly unnecessary behaviour, some people are clearly not fit for working in public and If I had been her manager, I would have sacked her on the spot. Awful treatment.
