Honestly disgusting ordered twice and hated it both times doesn?t come as described. I ordered enchiladas and it was rice with cheese on top no chicken what so ever and the rice was disgusting. They always get the order wrong and can?t speak good English so can?t understand you on the phone

I ordered a chicken bbq burger and chips from the sombrero Mexican food/BBQ king on fife eats.
Firstly, it was £10.55 for this and the quality of food i received isn't even close to being worth £3.50.
The delivery time wasn't too bad however when the food arrived the guy ripped the receipt off of it and handed me the plain bag.
Coincidentally, the food he handed me turned out to not even be my order. after faffing around on fife eats to try and find the number to call the restaurant, I explained I had the wrong food and he phoned the driver and let me know he'd come back, so that part of the experience wasn't much of a headache.
The driver eventually came back, never apologised or anything and then ripped the receipt off the new food and took the old one off me. I would've expected at least an apology as he's the one who made the mistake. i'm led to believe he took the receipt off to make his job slightly easier so he can just give out random food.
And on top of all this the quality of the food is shocking. I will not be ordering from here again. absolute joke.

When I ordered the delivery time was 50 mins, but that was increased to 1 hour and 25 mins after I'd ordered. 2 hours later, the food finally arrived. There was no sauce with the pakora, and there wasn't any salad or sauce on the wraps. One of the most disappointing orders I've ever received. Wouldn't order from here again and would strongly advise everyone to avoid.

Nearly 3 hours on a Thursday night for a delivery, kept getting told same old rubbish when I phoned be 10 mins etc. food was pure honking when it eventually arrived chips were like mush and the onion rings, half tubs of curry sauce and no salad. Would not recommend and will definitely not be ordering again.

ordered at 19:22 arrived over 2 and a half hours left when phoning shop was told over 10 minutes even tho that was over 45 minutes ago shocking. Won?t be ordering from again.

Terrible service. Ordered through fife eats, bbq King took money then cancelled order. Refund in 3 days!! Cancelled as had NO korma sauce and NO time to make any at 20.35, baring in mind they shut at 11pm Shocking!!

God food good friendly service varied menu decent prices and they don't complain when you go off menu, left over donner meat doesn't dry out overnight indicating lower hydrogenated fat content and higher quality and tastes just as good reheated which is highly unusual for donner meat in general
