My son in law travelled from Edinburgh and because he used not a nice word on his fone to his mate, and was quite hyper, as he has ADHD, he didn't get the items THATS BEEN PAID FOR, considering it amounted to around £900. HIS wife my daughter, called him during this, to prove who he was also, but because his choice of words in there shop, BUT NOT AT THEM , the girl said, HE DIDNT GET THE ITEMS.. so we had to go thru next day, with a heavily pregnant wife... jammed packed car... not right

Found yas and roxy on tiktok! Absolutely delightful ladies, so helpful and extremely friendly! Really good deals! I've had so many things from babyland, one being my stroller which I got at such a great price thanks to yas! she even sent me out a replacement raincover as the airline had lost mine when I was traveling to the US! Absolutely gorgeous clothing at great quality and again such great prices! Be sure to give them a follow on tiktok if you can't get to their store! Thankyou babyland!

Drove hours to come here to look at prams. Nightmare getting parked. No customer toilet. Place is filthy and they don?t take phone orders. Something very off putting about this place. Would not recommend.

Came in to purchase a pram and cot was willing to spend over the £1,000 mark.
I asked shop owner if I could use their bathroom as I?m a heavily PREGNANT lady with a DISABILITY and was flat out refused and told to across the street or in the car park and that the locals graffiti racism on the bathroom walls????
Safe to say I didn?t pursue my items and shopped elsewhere and advise you do too! Discrimination at its best against disabled people

Only had a few days to get a stroller for my grandson when he visits. Ordered it late on Friday, had a panic that it might not arrive by next week so emailed Babyland to see if they could speed up delivery. In spite of a weekend in between I received it before 11am today (Monday). Customer service above and beyond expectations. Many thanks Sara.

I bought an iCandy pram from Babyland in December last year. I had noticed an issue with the chassis, Sara and Yas were absolutely amazing from start to finish and went absolutely above and beyond to get everything sorted for me. Whilst iCandy took a long time to resolve they kept me updated, and when I was disappointed in the work iCandy had done they ensured that they fixed the issue. I am so pleased! I would recommend Babyland to anyone, their customer service is fantastic. I probably won?t ever buy another pram as I am in love with mine but if I did I would only buy one from them! Thank you so much for everything.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, when I ordered pram staff demonstrated it and helped me in purchasing the right one for me, when i ordered clothes through their tiktok live order was quick and easy to do!

Outstanding customer service from Sara! Was shocked to discover this was a large retailer. They don?t often deliver small business level of customer care! Sara humoured me through my almost meltdown at trying to find out some information regarding a long discontinued model of pushchair! She absolutely went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. I had emailed the manufacturers, contacted them on social media, scoured reviews and contacted another large retailer who were actually still selling these bits I needed and they weren?t able to answer my questions nor did they offer to go over to the product and look at the box to let me know what I needed to know before I made a purchase. Sara had the warehouse team open a box up for me and sent me photos, telling me what I needed to know. Unfortunately they don?t stock what I need, so I didn?t even make a purchase and they still dedicated so much time and effort to me! Sara is even on a mission to attempt source some of these illusive bits for me! It?s so greatly appreciated and now I?m armed with a bit more info as I continue my quest for information! Nobody else could be bothered to help, not even the retailer still stocking these bits as previously stated. Nor the manufacturer! I?ve done 21 years in retail and know how quick people are to complain and know how common it is for excellent customer to go unnoticed or unappreciated! I would not hesitate to buy from this lovely team! And it?s such a refreshing change to deal with a human who you can relate to and not a robot. Well done Sara ?
