Utter chaos with the pay at pump system this morning. Card payment machine malfunctioning and no member of staff available to reset or fix the problem. Self-service pumps and payment booth being closed only makes the problem worse, causing delays and queues on both channels. If this means I have to fill up elsewhere, then I'll probably get my groceries elsewhere, too.

What has happened to Asda. New owners have shut of cash service for weeks. The access into kiosk driving is dangerous as squint. No kiosk service limited pumps card only . Took 2 charges to my card over £200 got no fuel! Had to go to customer service to query!!!!! Told will get refund in 7 days! The shop internally is as bad ! Will I get refund! Where is my proof I got no fuel. Not worth the stress level and perfect example of how not to set up a petrol station . The fuel is not even the cheapest independents undercutting their prices . Sainsbury?s here I come. The service and staffing levels in here are inadequate to say the least.

Poor Value for money, Asda are very greedy especially with the price of oil down this should be reflected in the price of petrol. Asda Kirkcaldy are making 12p - 15p profit per litre ripping off customers, Costco at the time of writing this review in Edinburgh is selling petrol for 144.7 compared to Asda?s 155.9 which is a difference of 11.2p absolute scandalous!

Half the pump nozzles were blocked off. Would have been nice to know before I came near the pumps since I was running on fumes. Selfserve like their in-store counterparts. What was supposed to take 5 minutes took 25. People causing a gridlock as if it was the last petrol around
