I messed up one of the threads in the cylinder head while fitting new spark plugs. While most garages didn?t want to take on the work and the ones that said they would try didn?t guarantee success and weren?t willing to give me a rough price. When it came to Arthur, he gave me an instant price for the repair which was very reasonable and stuck by it. Since then I found out that a garage where my friend works at use Arthurs garage for their thread repair work. These guys are very good at what they do and really are a thread repair specialist. I?m very hesitant with going to a mechanic as it?s hard to find a good one, but I will use these guys whenever I need work done in the future.

Had an issue with the sump plug not coming off, Mark was so kind explained everything and managed to get it off changing the oil and filter. It could?ve been a lot worse but thanks to the garage I am back on the road and don?t have to worry anymore. Thank you so much!

Happy to recommend them! Suspected I had a problem with an auto gearbox but no nearby garage was even willing to have a look to confirm what the problem was. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it by replacing the transmission fluid. Saved me from a huge headache.Services: Transmission
