I purchased a Mini from Arnold Clark Kirkcaldy BMW and had it shipped to Lingfield to collect from there as I live on the South Coast and spotted the car whilst on holiday. Ewan was simply brilliant from start to finish and kept me updated every step of the way. Thoroughly recommend the click and collect option, it was very straightforward. Brilliant service and can?t recommend this branch and Ewan highly enough.

Have to congratulate you on the absolute geniuses you have working for you. £180 ?diagnostic fee? to tell me I have a faulty parking sensor and you?ll quote to replace. No idea how I couldn?t figure that out myself when the car tells me every 5 minutes ?. Look forward to getting and ignoring your quote in due course. Mixed review; few niggly issues for me with them being inconsistent with what they promised pre-sale and how the car was presented to me. Took 3 attempts to figure out how to valet a vehicle!! Was also a delay settling finance which could have presented another problem but fortunately they done it when they did to prevent further action. Ultimately I think the sales team were ok, Nick was extremely helpful but he did set very high expectations that some his colleagues couldn?t match. Post sale/delivery Ian D was outstanding, I will return as a customer as I also found Cameron the business manager to be exemplary in his approach to resolving issues made by others in his team. We agreed to disagree at times, but he did do what anyone would have asked and ultimately along with Ian are the reason I would return as a customer. I see a lot of negative reviews relating to service issues? we all can?t be wrong, but when I return for any service work, I will certainly expect a better level of customer service from that particular team as so far you appear to be letting down others who are absolutely exceeding customers expectations at various stages in buying a car! I?d have given a 2 star review for my experience but for Cameron S and Ian D who deserve a star each, hence the 4 star review!!

By far the best service I have received from an arnold clark garage .other arnold clark garages should take note .very helpful and polite .they don't sell you a car then ignore you like the other garages I've bought from .

5 hour wait on an MOT after being told it?ll only take a couple of hours. Two hours in and my car wasn?t even looked at, when I called I was told it was next in line and would take up to an hour??. 3 hours later after 3 more calls with promises to be phoned right back and I?m told that it needed a new tyre that would take 30 minutes to install. Almost 6 hours in the dark about my car and their excuse was they just got it left with them for the day! What a farce!

After handing keys in for an MOT before Midday we were told the process would not take very long, assuming an hour or so to complete the check. At 5pm we were given the information the car needed a tyre replaced to pass the MOT. A mistake on our own for selecting a service where the car is dropped off for the whole day, however this could be excused and accepted easier if the colleague in the branch, blonde manager, had not have told us we were in the wrong rather than apologise for the confusion and time wasted - despite us calling several times through the day and only knowing we had made the mistake at 5pm and not at any earlier interval when we continued to enquire on our progress. A day wasted waiting believing it will be a quick fix, which in reality it should have been for the sake of a single tyre. Frustration doesn?t measure incompetence and lack of customer satisfaction enough to cover the shambles of a routine service today? avoid unless their colleagues have had a reshuffle, otherwise expect similar results.

Went in looking to buy a new car. Asked to wait while the receptionist phoned someone to assist me, which she did. After waiting around 10 minutes and watching plenty of staff walking about and chatting, I was still waiting, so I informed the receptionist I was leaving.Went to Perth and bought and bought my new car. This dealer must be doing pretty well to let go of a £70k + car deal.
