Very relaxing cafe with delicious bacon pancakes and coffee. Toilet is accessible and the hand soap and hand lotion smell amazing ?Kid-friendliness: There?s an enclosed play area for little kids beside the outdoor seating area.

Food is good , staff friendly but please don?t buy any wine here .. its more than stupid 250ml whispering angel rose £16.50 yes £16.50 when you consider it?s £14 a bottle 750ml next door at sainsbury. that?s £49.50 a bottle ? now that?s expensive .. as is the Sauvignon and Chablis .Sorry hummingbird that prices may stop us coming back it?s more expensive than the Albyn in town ?????

Having such an amazing breakfast at The Hummingbird Cafe. I?ve always lived close by, but having recently moved to kintore I decided to treat mum and dad to breakfast.
I decided to go for the pancake stack, with mum and dad choosing a bacon and egg roll.
The sweet pancakes were delicious being a great mix of sweet and savory with the bacon on top.
Mum requested the eggs to be cooked slightly runny of which came out perfect.
Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful Mother?s Day high tea today at the hummingbird café. The choice of delicacies were truly wonderful. The service was splendid and the café itself was bright and welcoming. This is well worth a visit. I will definitely be back again to taste the rest of their tasty menu! Thank you to the staff and especially to Aaron and Devon for all your beautiful baking and delicacies.

Fab wee cafe on the outskirts of Kintore , service was so friendly from the young lad behind the counter and the food and coffee was superb , my partner rated the home made jam on her scones as some of the best she's ever tasted , the cafe isnt very big inside but there is some outside seating for the summer months. Will definitely be a place to stop on our way home for a wee cuppa

Decided to try for lunch - server was very courteous and good selection of sandwiches. Not such a great selection of cakes so went elsewhere. Cakes were also expensive. Would be a nice place to go in summer when weather is good but for sitting in it is far too small. Seating for 8 and you are practically sitting on top of each other? worse when people are standing around waiting for takeaways food. No privacy. Such a shame - should either be a cafe or a hair salon, didn?t like the mix of the two, too confusing

Just the best wee place, the friendliest staff, the Jam is the best I?ve ever tasted and even my mam agrees it beats her own recipe. Cakes are delicious and coffee hits the spot! Great wee find. Will be visiting

Great little independent cafe just off A96. Very welcoming staff. Delicious soup and a good choice of freshly made sandwiches. So much nicer than stopping at big franchise cafes.Vegetarian options: None of our group are vegetarians so not applicable however definitely vegetarians options on the menuParking: Free parking directly infront of cafe
