My wife and I spent around 3 months gallivanting around UK, from London over to St. David's and up to Orkney. And we stopped at an inordinate amount of coffee shops along the way. And I can say?without exaggeration?that this was our absolute favorite. It the best flat white I've had in UK and, coincidentally, the best matcha latte my wife had in UK. (Both were so good, we each got a second drink for takeaway since we couldn't return given our itinerary). More importantly, it had such a great atmosphere inside. Welcoming, authentic, and congenial. There is nothing impersonal about it, which is a complaint I have about a lot of the better artisanal roasters/shops we seek out. Just excellent coffee & cakes, people clearly happy to walk through the front door, and folks who make a point to catch up with one another and welcome those of us who aren't from there. Suffice it to say, we've dropped a pin in this one and very much look forward to returning the next time we're back in the UK.

Great food, amazing coffee. Made a detour to Kinross to visit here and it was worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cafe itself is cozy, with seating available though not recommended for large groups. Definitely had a relaxing vibe and despite it being busy, never felt rushed. Would come back again just for the coffee.

Completely refused cash after taking it in the past on numerous occasions as long as I had the correct money. Not everyone uses cards!

Great coffee quality, good service and lots of sweet and savoury options. I had an oat latte and an apple turnover, my partner had a carrot cake and americano. Would go back again and recommend to others!

Kid-friendliness: Very nice, open place. You can sit at a long table with local people and just?talk.

Well, I must admit living in Paris for 40 years makes me a bit of a snob.
We?ve been in Scotland for eight days and I must admit I sort of gave up all hope of finding any decent coffee to drink.
We decided to drink tea instead, which is much superior to most tea in France.
We stopped here just because we didn?t want to take the main highway back to Leven from Stirling.
Lo and behold, around the corner, a coffee store. Being from Paris and having some of the best specialty coffees in Europe, we were hesitant.
Both myself and my wife were incredibly surprised to find a speciality coffee shop as good as the finest one in Paris!
As you can see from the pictures, they roast their own beans and know how to brew coffee like any great master.
Something Scotland definitely has over Paris for this kind of place. Was the cake was at the same level as the excellent coffee.
Do not pass this place by either here or in Stirling
Parking: Behind the restaurant free and lots of free spaces.

WOW!! First stop on our wee road trip and this place has set the bar high!! Amazing coffee (of course) but the welcome, food and atmosphere go above and beyond! I had the smoked salmon, and my partner had the French toast with chocolate. Highly recommend to anyone passing through!

Popped in here today with my daughter. Lovely, different little coffee shop in Kinross. The name is quirky too. Love the communal table and the sound and smell of roasting coffee beans. Making the most of the available space it had a charming 'organised chaos' ambience. Staff were welcoming, friendly, interested and efficient. Lovely service. Coffee of course was delicious. Lots of varieties to drink and buy. Food delicious too, beautifully presented and very tasty. Took some away for tea - generous portions. We will be back here and to the lovely village of Kinross. So much character and not a multi-national in sight. Thanks to all!
