Staff in the café need instructions on customer service. Just to be acknowledged when waiting would be good. Luckily the coffee was excellent. Great choice of food in the food hall.

Nice atmosphere to this cafe with great views. However quite expensive without the service to accompany. For example, bought a ginger beer from the fridge but no glass or ice available? only paper cups. Quite disappointing.

Landed in Edinburgh and drove here for coffee and breakfast. Amazing. Large portions and their coffee blend is delicious. Friendly service and beautiful setting. The gift shop is so fun to browse. Bought great gifts for friends back in the States.

Really great place for food/coffee/cake.
I also had my 11 month old so it was a relief when the high chair was clean and also the table (it?s very rare to find a clean table these days!)
The staff were super nice and plenty of them.
The meals are abit on the pricier side for a lunch but they are good portion sizes.

Unnecessary use of plastic packaging in the food section. Coleslaw horrendously heavy on the mayonnaise.

Just advise the toasties are rotten, 10 for a toastie, I would not feed it to my dog, disgusting, sorry to say but 10 was left on the plate, worst thing I?ve ever ordered, one bite and I had to leave it, who ever created the toasties, need a serious word,

Usually enjoy an afternoon at LLL. However, I took my Mother there on an icy day in December. Tried to park in the disabled area but no spaces available. A quick check revealed that there were cars parked there with no disabled badge displayed. Mentioned it to a member of staff in the restaurant but they could not have been less interested. What?s the point in having these spaces if you allow people to park at will?

Went today 15/10/24 just a quick cuppa. They were really busy. But your staff were amazing Rebekah and the cafe managers fitted us in for my granddaughters birthday she?s 2 today. Thank you so much appreciate it so much. I?m up from Birmingham and have visited a couple of times. Always worth a visit. ??

Didn't eat , jyst for a wee change but the cafe was full.
Shop was heaving! Plenty of choice, a wee bit overpriced but well worth a visit. Staff were helpful and nice.
