Laundry has been with them for 5 weeks now well beyond timeframe expectations set by them and no date given as to when I can expect it back or if I will get it back. Extremely worrying. Constantly having to chase.

The staff here could not be more pleasant. Great service. The turn around time is a bit long for dry cleaning if you are use to immediate or next day service.
