Even though we arrived very late, we got a warm welcome and someone showed us around. There was everything you Need and in proper condition.

Tents directed where to pitch and crambed in right next to each other even though loads of space around. Grass not cut regularly and way to long and showers that were charged on a coin meter that only excepted £1 at a time and when ran out you had to walk across the room to put more money in. Bit of an amateur set up by all accounts. Plus point is its a reasonable cost per pitch but won't be staying again i doubt.

Not very friendly welcome. Pitches on sloping grass. Very aging sanitary

After a long search for a nice camping and calling several places, the nice owners of this camping welcomed us with open arms! We are so thankful for people like them helping us out at their beautiful campsite! The toilets and showers are very clean and fresh and the place for our tent was perfect ! Thank you for everything ! ???? only love !

Pay shower, 1 pound for 6 minutes. Body and hair full of foam and water no longer runs. No extra money involved. Machine outside the shower cubicle. There are things. Strange but true.

Great place for a two night stay. Was warmly received. Showers for £1

£30 for a single night for a motorhome. You expect top notch facilities for such a price. But still showers are £1 for 6 minutes of water that?s extremely hot the one second and cold the next second. Run down old facilities with mold all over the place. Stay away from this.

On our Scotland tour we stayed at lots of different sites. This is what we note; we were directed where to pitch, it was a bit close for comfort for everyone, when there was plenty of space? It was very noisy at night, past midnight, with no site rules about noise. Toilets were ok. Showers were £1 for 6min. By the time the shower settled between ice cold and scolding hot, I got 2-3minutes. . . And there was a lot of mould in the showers. This is why 3stars.Location is very good and accessible. Price is average for time of year.Bonus to have access to washer/dryer if needed (although didn't use it)

Very unpolite staff and too expensive for the provided service! We just asked for using the shower and filling up the water tank (of course inclusive payment), but had to stay overnight AND paying for the shower extra! What a nerve!

It's a shame that a campsite that can really make something of it is led by a 'manager' who doesn't care about anything. Make sure you have a camping shop and properly functioning showers! Provide a better driveway and demolish the collapsed shed. Maybe some cabins or pods?! (Photo is a view of the campsite)

I enjoyed the place, it's a great way to unwind and enjoy yourself there is a Sainsbury's about 20 minutes away so be sure to stock up on food as there are no shops nearby that I know ofWalkability: It is very walkable everything is on flat ground and there's very little hillsNoteworthy details: There are beautiful sheep nearby and a little forest walk on site

The owners are very friendly, however, the general experience of staying here was a bit disappointing. It was our final stop after nc500 journey where we stayed in different camps every day. Location is not great, ?picnic area? is nothing, facilities are old and you have to pay 1£ (coin) for 6min shower. I found it not fair as we paid 30£ for one night (2 adults, 1 child, none electric pitch for tent).
