This is my first time at the central Kinross chippy and I was not disappointed I think it's an Italian family run business I think possibly I was served by the mama who was very friendly and had a warm smile when I requested that she should drown my smoked sausage in brown sauce she smiled and happily obliged:) you can tend to find a lot of chip shops despite asking them for loads of sauce can be very frugal with their application of condiments but not at Central chippy! Mama checked with me that she had given me enough then as I was saying goodbye her sons who where tending to the kebab grill made the extra effort to thank me and also say goodbye even though they had not been dealing with me at all for this visit so all in all very friendly family feel to the place excellent selection from kebabs hoagies wraps etc Pizza's and all chip shop items and I just want to add I happened to notice a sign on the wall listing prices for a couple of house specials...... 24 inch pizzas!!!!Yes you read that correctly 24 inch bad boys I can see me having to give that a go next time:-)

Ordered a chicken sandwich with chips and I couldn't fault it. Lovely salad, and the chicken tasted amazing. The chips were very good too. I was impressed by how quickly and how efficiently the woman serving worked! Lovely place. Will definitely be back.

I have always been a bit underwhelmed by fish in the local area. However I have found this place, don't bother with the normal fish it is the same stuff you get everywhere else, just a bit flavourless and not very meaty. Pay the extra £2.40 and get yourself the Icelandic fish, I know it is not very patriotic but it tastes amazing and you get a fish with big white tasty flakes, worth every penny. Thankyou

ordered on line 30 minute wait called after 45 arrived 1 hour after order frozen cold wrong order. Vegetarian order so curry sauce not gravy as they sent. Denied I had ordered curry sauce. Terrible
