Fantastic service on a fairly busy Thursday evening ? the lad serving was excellent in dealing with a no stock bread bun item for quite a few customers.
We had a small delay whilst he successfully checked in alternatives for customers.
Our double Whoppers were fabulous and very well constructed.
Will be happy to return here for a motorway stop in future.

I am sorry to say that I didn't like eating at Burger King Kinross nor I liked the venue. Very average food and poorly prepared. The staff are not interested in serving food at high standards and skipped parts of my order, when approached and asked to complete it they seemed not very happy. Sitting place small and narrow. There is room for improvement for sure.

Burger king always tasted better than McDonald's, but not now. Smaller burger which don't taste as good, and expensive.

I recently visited Burger King kinross hoping for a quick and satisfying meal but my experience was far from it, largely due to the dismissive attitude of the manager Cameron. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt chaotic, with long wait times and visible frustration among the staff. When my order finally arrived, it was incorrect, missing several items I had paid for. Approaching the manager for assistance I was met with a lack of empathy and a clear unwillingness to resolve the issue. Instead of offering a sincere apology or a quick solution the manager spoke over me insisting that the order was correct without even checking. Feeling unheard and increasingly annoyed i pressed the issue only to be met with more resistance. The manager's body language was defensive, arms crossed and eyes rolling, making me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Eventually, after a lengthy and uncomfortable exchange, the missing items were begrudgingly provided, but without a single word of apology or acknowledgement of the mistake. The entire interaction left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.
This experience has significantly tarnished my view of Burger King. While I understand that mistakes can happen the way they are handled can make all the difference. The manager's dismissive and unapologetic behavior turned a simple order issue into a thoroughly unpleasant encounter. I hope that Burger King takes this feedback seriously and invests in training their managers to handle customer complaints with more empathy and professionalism. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely crap! You cant place mobile orders at this BK meaning the order consoles have a MASSIVE que with a long wait! What's worse is you cant use your offers, codes or points either unless you go to a till where you wont be seen because there's no staff!
Definitely WONT be returning to this one!!
