Went to lunch here today. The food was nice, but the atmosphere wasn?t the best as they seemed a bit annoyed to have us there. Also the high chairs are pretty dirty and overall not the best, which is unfortunate. I had to ask for a clean one, but even that one wasn?t actually clean so I wiped it down myself the best I could. We definitely won?t be back unless the highchairs are replaced, we bring our own, or our child is old enough to not need one anymore.
Edit: The second high chair was certainly not clean, I used four of my own wipes to clean it as it was covered in gunk. I don?t think it?s too much to ask for children to have a clean place to eat their food. The high chairs need a thorough cleaning after use, especially if they are fabric. As for not feeling welcome/staff seeming annoyed, it was only one and I would rather not single them out as that would be rude. My husband and I both agreed they weren?t the most friendly/welcoming.

Good stop just off the main road,with easy parking.
Pleasant service, the food was large portions nut nevertheless I felt was rather expensive. Just loved the soup.

We went to The Snug last night for their Tapas night, food was fantastic! Best Tapas we've had outside of Spain!! Service was quick and staff were brilliant, we'll definitely be back again!

At short notice The Snug did us a delicious afternoon tea for my Mum's 85th birthday today. The team are lovely and cheerful and The Snug's conservatory is a lovely light room even in pouring rain! I would highly recommend coming here for lunch or a special occasion.

Booked late for mums 85th birthday afternoon tea. They accommodated our funny time request and produced an absolutely lovely afternoon tea. Lovely selection of very tasty and fresh sandwiches and sweet treats. Highly recommended.
