Weekend trip with my son?s football team. Great food and service all 3 nights. My only complaint was on the last day a couple of meals had missing items from them, but the servers were very helpful and corrected it in an efficient manner, and the restaurant was very busy at the time so it was completely understandable.
Would highly recommend, not just the restaurant, but the entire hotel to everyone

Ordered 2 burgers via uber eats, when app showed that order is ready, it wasn?t? After 40 minutes, I am still waiting for 2 burgers?. Looks like the cow for burgers is still alive?

Food is hit and miss. I had a couple of meals here during my stay but needed to go to a real restaurant on my last night, I couldn?t handle the menu for another close meal. And overpriced for what you get. Service is just meh?no one brings you food or drinks since you have to order at the bar. Drinks are great though. Atmosphere is great as well.

Bit worried reading the other reviews, but it was all pretty decent for a hotel restaurant. Service was professional and attentive, making sure I got the best value from a deal, and food was decent (although suspiciously almost arrived too quickly!)

We went to this restaurant out of comfort while staying in this hotel. This time we did not look at the Google reviews and we should have... the establishment is faithful to the comments, we are seated but not warned that we must order at the bar. The food takes a long time to arrive while the waiters wander around without really knowing what to do and once the plate is in front of us it looks like canteen food: Not bad but it won't stay in our memories (not in a positive way). In any case )The only positive point is that the quantities are generous.In short, avoid if you want to eat well

Went in after using the gym, place was mostly empty, waited for 20 minutes until I left, no one took an order, waitress walked by about 10 times and wouldn't make eye contact or acknowledge me so I left and went to Mcdonalds as I figured if they didn't know how to do the basics like take a food order, their food probably wouldn't be very good and would take all night to arrive.

Me and my partner went there 2 years ago, was good. Went here today, and it was one of the most disgusting meals I?ve had. I had the ?gourmet? burger and the burger tasted like it was deep fat fried, the bun was dripping. My missus had a katsu curry which tasted like microwaved plastic. The staff are practically zombified children that clearly have no interest being there. We left 3/4 of our meal and just walked out. Absolutely disgusting. Would have been better going to Wetherspoons or McDonald?s around the corner.

I have been here twice as I visit a company on the same business park. My first visit was probably 2 stars (below average but for convenience I went back again. This time it was pants..Self-check-in does not work, I assumed that it was just the people in front of me, but alas it did not work for me either, so the one person checking us all in was a bit overwhelmed. Although she was verry pleasant so that was OK.FoodEvening MealThe food, I had some chicken wings, chips and salad. The wings came in a hot basket but were cold. Even worse than that, pink in the middle, I did not notice due the dim lighting and ate half before stopping. So pink chicken placed on a hot surface, this is the definition of food poisoning, dangerous!!!). I took them back to which I got a very unconvincing sorry (Straight out of Kevin and Perry, they clearly did not care). My replacements came out within a couple of mins, which I guess means a microwaved and toss into a basket. The kitchen clearly couldn?t care less either, as this time they came out hot but with all the presentation skills of a vomit on a Friday night.Breakfast,pretty normal and to be honest I quite liked the sausages, and the bacon was not hard like you get in many hotel breakfast buffets. One thing I thought I was going to like was the coffee, a bean to cup machine, I hit the latte button to which the normal whir and whoosh happened and I eagerly had a slurp, yum there is nothing quite like a latte made with UHT long life milk, yuck!The room was clean but a bit tired. I clearly had a twin room that they pushed the beds together to make a double. So don't sleep in the middle or you will get stuck :D. Because it was a twin the bedside tables were no longer bedside. You had to stretch to reach the surface, this was made worse by the fact that there was a big curved section before you got to the flat surface. God help you if you like a water next to your bed as by the morning, I had dropped my phone on the floor when looking at the time in the night.I have given this place a bad review, but I am assuming that you might be going here because of the gym/swim facilities. Unfortunately, I have not tried them but damn, I hope they are good as everything else is pish.

such a shame as food ok, but service awful.Had to chase them up for kids, menu, to take our order, for some reason they took our debit card off us and gave us a key, 1st choice of bottle of wine not available, nor the 2nd (having being shown what was available) offered an alternative for the 3rd which was £5 more expensive... not offered at same price as others, manager said no.Meals came out apart from husbands, had to chase up, something went wrong so he had to wait and got his after we had finished.Had to chase up desert...Such a shame, as a local this place should be buzzing, especially with members week and 50% off... the service let's it down and hence why no one uses it.

We had organized group lunch twice here. Do not recommend! There was only fries and gnocchi with probably canned tomato sauce. No veggies, fruits or alternatives.The menu offer is somewhat better. I do recommend the salmon salad!

I came here for dinner on Friday night. It was very lively with a great atmosphere. They had on live music and football in big screens the bar area. The service was first class. The food was very nice - I?d recommend the Peri Peri Chicken Burger or the Teriaki Salmon. The prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place.

Me and the wife stayed at the hotel and went down for supper, menu is very limited (mainly burger and wings) service was very slow (took 35mins to get a round of drinks from ordering) can't fault the food but won't be back in a hurry just due to the service
